2023 Indianapolis Indoor Showcase
Carter Moses is a 2024 C/MIF with a 5-10 161 lb. frame from Laporte, IN who attends Laporte. Medium size athletic frame. Ran a 6.92 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, one knee set up, on line footwork, stiffer movements, effort to the transfer and arm action with developing arm strength and accuracy to bases. Showed some foot speed in the infield, average fundamental footwork, clean actions with rhythm funneling to the waist, body control throughout the process and solid average arm strength across the diamond. Right-handed hitter hit from a balanced stance with leg lift timing, linear bat path through the zone, real loose and quick wrists with a pull side approach. Put quality swings on the baseball when balanced, handled the barrel well in game and connected on a pull side double. Some definite tools to work with at the plate. Named to Indianapolis Indoor top prospect list. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
