Jackson Werner is a 2023 SS/OF with a 5-8 150 lb. frame from Sammamish, WA who attends Skyline. He has a medium frame with an athletic build. Ran the sixty yard dash in 7.50 seconds. Primary shortstop that showed good movements to both sides of his body. He has a clean glove and a quick transfer. His hands are soft and he showed good accuracy to the base. Secondary outfielder that shows similar movements here that he did in the infield. He does a nice job of fielding the ball out in front of his body and throws with a short arm action. He is able to create nice carry through the base. Left-handed hitter that starts in a wide base with high hands and a high back elbow. He uses a quick knee lift trigger for timing. He showed nice hand quickness and has a compact swing that is on balance throughout the process. He has a pull side approach and showed nice barrel control. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
