Tyler White is a 2021 OF/IF with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Glendora, CA who attends Bishop Amat. Strong athletic build with plenty of room and potential to get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread stance with a pretty direct swing, has fast hands and creates barrel whip with good separation out front, has some lift out front, polished hitter who repeated his mechanics and timing well in batting practice and games and got the ball to jump hard, mostly pull side contact. shows athleticism coming through the ball in the outfield, sound footwork, fields the ball cleanly, stays on top of the ball well with a some carry on his throws. Good student, verbal commitment to Long Beach State.
