David Blair is a 2021 OF/RHP with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Wellesley, MA who attends Wellesley. Medium and lanky frame with broad shoulders and plenty of room to fill throughout. Ran a 7.17 second 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, fields the baseball out in front getting under the baseball at gather, takes his arm back to a long arm action prior to release, compact release with developing arm strength, topped out at 75 mph from the outfield. Righthanded hitter, sets up at the plate with a slightly open stance, upper half dominant swing with looseness to his hands, showed a lift in his swing with a middle to pull side approach, will improve pop with added weight shifted into contact. Outstanding student.
