Ryan Geraghty is a 2023 RHP/1B, OF with a 6-2 205 lb. frame from Mundelein, IL who attends Mundelein. Big and physical frame. Primary right-handed pitcher, starts from a staggered foot position. Long and loose arm action, stays balanced even with the big movements. Arm has plenty of whip and speed from a lower three- quarters slot. Works quick, very athletic on the mound. Big sweeping slider with high spin (2845 RPM) that is sharp and has depth. Slider is violent. Fastball was 88-91 (2320 RPM). Also mixed in a change-up that had good velocity separation from the fastball. Excellent student. Dynamic right-handed pitcher with an electric slider. Witchita State commit. Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
