Tyler Stone is a 2021 SS/RHP/2B with a 6-3 175 lb. frame from Port St Lucie, FL who attends Port St. Lucie HS. Tall and angular athletic build, projects very well physically. 7.29 runner, has very smooth and easy actions defensively in the middle infield, moves side to side easily and has soft and quick hands at the ball, gets some carry on his throws with projectable arm strength, has a chance to be a premium middle infielder with development. Right handed hitter, hits from an upright stance with a good load and rhythm into his swing, hands stay tight during his swing and he can improve his extension through the ball, has the beginnings of some bat speed and projects as a hitter. Also pitched, high leg raise delivery, low 3/4's arm slot, hides the ball well, has a whippy arm action. Fastball topped out at 82 mph, gets nice running life at times. Has some feel for both his curveball and change up and does a mature job throwing strikes and keeping hitters off balance. Named to the National Underclass Main Event Top Prospect List.
