Robbie Long is a 2021 OF/LHP, 1B with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Dunstable, MA who attends Groton. Large frame with athletic, projectable build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.28 seconds. Hits from slightly open stance, closes off well in stride, quick load in hands though they do get stationary at times, simple and easy approach with good feel for the barrel, showed consistent contact skills and projects well in terms of both hit and power. Worked out in the outfield, showed solid footwork with solid athleticism, large stride into throws with release from lower slot, clocked up to 72 mph on throws. Good student.
