Mark Wolbert is a 2021 OF/LHP/1B with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Petaluma, CA who attends Petaluma HS. Medium young build, plenty of room to get stronger. Left handed hitter, hits from an open stance with a low hand start, toe tap trigger, has a short swing with hands tight to the body, good upper half rotation and gets some torque, showed good feel for the barrel and got it out in front for solid pull side contact, projects as a hitter with additional strength. 7.20 runner, moves through the ball well in the outfield, loose and clean arm action with developing arm strength, makes accurate throws. Also pitched, big leg lift delivery with a compact 3/4's arm slot, stays on line well. Fastball topped out at 71 mph, curveball showed good depth at times. Good student.
