Antonio Ruiz is a 2021 C/ with a 5-8 175 lb. frame from Royal Palm Beach, FL who attends William T. Dwyer. Medium height with strength in the build currently. Ran a 7.65 in the sixty yard dash. A primary catcher, starts angled and athletic in his crouch. Pretty quick transfer and in line to second with decided one hop accuracy and popped a 2.19 during drills. A right-handed hitter, starts even with a relaxed look in the base. Leg lift trigger and turns the core hard during his process. Uses his hands to extend out front and looking to get the barrel out and pull the baseball. Good student.
