Austin Krob is a 2018 LHP/OF with a 6-2 205 lb. frame from Lisbon, IA who attends Lisbon HS. Strong athletic build, pretty mature physically. Compact arm action in back, 3/4's arm slot coming through, hides the ball well, consistent on-line delivery mechanics. Fastball topped out at 86 mph, has nice consistent running life, shows good command and feel for a short and tight cutter off his fastball. Curveball had very good power with good 1/7 shape and occasional depth. Has the pitches and arm strength to keep improving. Good student, signed with Kirkwood CC.
