Jack Ottesen is a 2025 RHP/OF with a 5-9 140 lb. frame from Ponte Vedra Beach, FL who attends Episcopal. Medium athletic build with long arms and plenty of physical projection. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread and open stance, nice balance throughout his swing, has loose and fast hands and develops nice present bat speed, low tension swing he repeats well, can impact the ball with good extension out front, hard line drive contact to all fields. 7.37 runner in the sixty. Plays outfield on defense, works through the ball well, lower arm slot with an uphill release on his throws, arm strength and carry will improve with adjustments to get on top of the ball. Primary pitcher who did not pitch at this event but was impressive with the bat. Good student.
