Edwin Garriga is a 2024 SS/ with a 5-2 135 lb. frame from Orlando, FL who attends Montverde Academy. He showed good speed with a 6.73 second sixty. A primary shortstop with a young lean frame that will continue to get stronger as he matures. On the infield he showed good feel for the glove with a clean gather at the mid line, his arm strength his good for the class and will only get better as he gets older. Right-handed hitter, starts with a wide base, the hands work well throughout he hitting zone with a simple compact bat path, worked the best up the middle with a line drive approach. Named to the 2020 WWBA Workout Showcase Top Prospect List.
