Jaxson Haire is a 2023 MIF with a 6-0 155 lb. frame from Camilla, GA who attends Southwest Georgia Academy. Large frame with a lean build. Broad shoulders showing. Ran a 7.65 second sixty yard dash. Primary Shortstop, showing great first step quickness as he works smoothly around the baseball. Gathers it out front and then carries weight well into throws. Arm was accurate from multiple slots as he threw it 73 mph across the diamond. Great feel for the position showing in both workouts and games. Right-Handed Hitter, starting from a tall, upright stance with high hands behind the ear. Strides out and then ends up a touch open when he lands. Shows a short, compact cut to the baseball with a linear swing path as he found barrels consistently. Looks to drive the baseball middle-away. Outstanding Student.
