Alex Liakos is a 2021 SS/C with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Midland, MI who attends H.H. Dow. Recorded a 7.75 second 60-yard dash time. Younger frame and build with some height and a slender, projectable overall body. Primary shortstop with currently developing arm strength with deliberate actions. Made the plays cleanly with some smoothness and currently developing footwork. Righthanded hitter with a slightly crouched, even stance. High hand set with a high back elbow and rotational lower half usage. Stays balanced throughout the swing and utilizes an inside hand path to contact. Line drive barrel plane with an up the middle approach. Narrow base with a small leg lift trigger into contact. Patient approach and has a downhill swing plane. Deeper hand load and flashed hard hit contact to the middle of the field.
