Matthew Hamil is a 2022 OF/RHP with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Neptune Beach, FL who attends Providence. Medium frame with a lean and athletic build. Ran a 6.75 second 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, shows quick feet in moving to the ball, gets in a good position to field and receives it clean while showing a long and clean arm action that projects well to added arm strength. Right-handed hitter, sets up spread and bent in the knees, rocks back into his load and swings hard, is developing his impact strength but shows good ability to use the whole field with line drives that projects well.
