Jeffery Fulcher is a 2022 OF/RHP with a 6-0 140 lb. frame from Venice, FL who attends Venice Senior. Recorded a 7.46 60-yard dash time. Primary outifelder with a lean, medium frame. Rounded the ball well and fielded it deep. Showed the ability to adjust on the fly and utilized a short arm action on throws. Displayed good arm speed and solid arm strength reaching 77 mph from the outfield. Throws were on line and accurate. Right-handed hitter and starts with bat on shoulder and slight crouch. Employs a toe tap timing. Swing is hands driven and line drive oriented. Secondary right-handed pitcher and ran the fastball up to 77. Utilized a waist level leg lift and a full arm circle with a wrist flip through the back. Filled the zone up.
