Collin Necaise is a 2022 3B/RHP, OF with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Hattiesburg, MS who attends Presbyterian Christian. Medium and athletic frame. Ran a 7.20 second 60 yard dash. Primary third baseman, worked out in the infield with young actions and developing footwork, fields the baseball in a high gathering position, takes short strides into his release, releases the baseball with a loose arm action and carry to his throws, topped out at 82 mph from across the diamond. Secondary righthanded pitcher, gets downhill from a deceptive delivery with multiple moving parts, takes his arm back to a quick arm action up to a high 3/4 arm slot, fastball topped out at 81 mph with plenty of projection remaining, showed promise with his stuff including his curveball that has swing and miss potential. Also worked out in the outfield, young footwork similar to in the infield, uphill carry to throws with similar arm strength as in the infield and on the mound. Righthanded hitter, sets up at the plate with an even base, shifts weight onto his front side, showed some smoothness to his path with potential pop in due time. Great student.
