Mason Hamilton is a 2024 3B/RHP, C, 2B with a 6-0 205 lb. frame from Hurst, TX who attends Birdville. Posted a 7.38 in the 60. Primary 3B with a durable frame moves around the infield well with a strong arm across the diamond. Glove action works through it clean and projects very well in the corner overall. Behind the plate he receives soft with good feel for the arm action. The fundamentals look to be building smoothly with room to advance at catcher. Right-handed hitter is a physical presence at the plate with present power. Really strong impact and able to get extended with leverage. The swing process is in sync with controlled explosiveness running into contact, and showed off quality bat to ball skill in game. Good student. Named to 2022 Sunshine Texas Top Prospect List.
