Gannon Prosser is a 2026 RHP/OF with a 5-7 125 lb. frame from Martinsville, IN who attends Martinsville. Young, square shouldered frame with long limbs and a lean build, room to fill. Ran a 7.61 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, works exclusively out of the stretch, high leg lift up past belt, some gather on backside, shorter stride and lands open coming down the mound, long arm action working to a three-quarters release point. Fastball topped out at 72 mph, mostly true in life, occasionally gets uphill at release, pitched to contact and able to miss some bats up in the zone. Curveball worked around the zone too, 12-6 shape when on top up to 57 mph with short depth. Can continue to incorporate additional lower half into drive down mound. Fields the ball with out hands out front and bend at waist in the outfield, lower slot on throws, young actions overall; strides open on release across the infield, moved well going up the middle, dropped slot lower when needed, showed some accuracy. Right-handed hitter, begins with a spread stance and a high hand set and back elbow at the plate; upper body dominant swing, strides wide into contact. Handsy swing, works on a linear path through the zone and shows comfort working to pull side, best contact when extended out front, gets rotational and can implement additional lower half into swing.
