Matthew Stanislaus is a 2023 C/OF with a 5-0 75 lb. frame from Austin, TX who attends Lake Travis. Developing build that stands to improve drastically as he progresses. Primary catcher, light on his feet behind the plate with a strong looking set up. Gains ground on his throws to second base, shows accuracy, and arm strength will develop nicely alongside his build. Good feel for the position with true projection as he grows. At the plate, uses an upright and even stance with a mid leg kick trigger. Backside collapses slightly, good pop in his barrel for his build. Likes to use the middle of the field. Excellent student in the classroom as well.
