Anthony Vizzini is a 2024 LHP/1B, OF with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Ocala, FL who attends Trinity Catholic. Medium build with some length and room to keep adding some strength. Ran a 7.65 60-yard dash. Primary left-handed pitcher, who works from a high-three quarters slot. Uses a drop-and-drive motion down the mound. His fastball worked into the mid-70s with some carry. He threw the pitch gloveside and was able to command that part of the zone. His curveball had a 1-7 shape to it. His changeup had arm-side fade with good depth, being a pitch that right-handers struggled to do much of anything with. His fastball had some sinker looks to it, getting some of that arm-side sink at times. Also worked out as an outfielder. He worked to the ball with clean actions, getting around the ball and working through it smoothly, producing lower throws. A left-handed hitter who starts with the hands set high and uses the length in his build to leverage the baseball. Was able to lift the ball pull side and pieced together an impressive round. Uses a smaller stride that gets the foot down quickly. Had good rhythm in the batters' box. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
