Ethan Griffin is a 2025 C/RHP, 1B, 3B, OF, UT with a 5-8 183 lb. frame from Mandeville, LA who attends Lakeshore. Strong build. Ran the sixty yard dash in 8.03 seconds. A primary catcher, his throws were clocked up to 71 mph from behind the dish and his best pop time was 2.25 seconds. At the plate he starts with a high hands and back elbow setup. Uses a leg lift to generate leverage throughout the stroke and he drove several balls to the opposite field. Strong hands and wrists help the bat strength. He showed aggressive intent in his swings as well.
