2017 PG Underclass All American Games
Carter Quinn is a 2019 OF with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Lake Charles, LA who attends Alfred M. Barbe HS. Medium athletic build, lots of physical projection. Left handed hitter, hits from a high hand open stance, full swing with good extension and hits the ball out front, gets some barrel whip and has some present bat speed with more to come, shift and timing are simple and repeatable, ball comes off the barrel well when squared, has definite hitting tools to develop. 7.10 runner at the 2017 PG National Junior Showcase, moves well to the ball in the outfield with a long and loose arm action, accurate throws with some carry. Good student.
