Scott Paquette is a 2023 C/2B with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Pelham, NH who attends Pelham. Medium, compact built with strength remaining to be added throughout his frame. Recorded a 3.81-second thirty time. Primary catcher, sets up with a low, side saddle stance. Quick footwork as he switches his feet with a mid-line transfer. Shorter arm action with accurate throws to the bag. Recorded a best pop time of 2.01-seconds. Up to 72 mph on his throws with more arm strength remaining as he adds muscle to his frame. Right-handed hitter, sets up with an even, balanced stance, slightly bent at the knees. Remains quiet as he showcased an easy, repeated stroke with minimal movements. Displayed power to the pull side with present strength in his hands as he produced some loud contact throughout his round. Flashed ability to lift ball through zone. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
