Holden Meadows is a 2025 RHP/C, OF with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Olathe, KS who attends Olathe East. Recorded a 7.24 second sixty yard dash time. High-waisted with a medium frame and room to fill. Right-handed pitcher works from a chest-high leg kick with a shorter arm action and some whip to the arm from a three- quarter arm slot. Creates some run on the fastball (1788 RPM) that was mid 70s and reached 76. Best secondary was the change-up (1311 RPM) with arm side fade that he kills spin on effectively and throws from the same arm action as the fastball. Mixed on both halves of the plate and showed the ability to double up on and attack with early in counts. Also showed a curveball with big 12-6 shape that he can throw for strikes in any count. Out of the stretch lowers the leg lift and lengthens the stride down the mound. Consistently around the zone with the mix and being efficient. Jammed right-handed hitters with tight fastballs and threw the curveball enough to be effective with the pitch and keep hitters honest. Also worked out in the infield fielding it out front and working hard to get into good fielding positions. Right-handed hitter, starts from a medium base and square stance, high back elbow, utilizes a load stride trigger. Rotational swing with average bat speed and a downhill bat path. Solid hand speed looking to go opposite field and lets the ball get deep. Intriguing player with upside on the mound. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
