Daniel Yu is a 2019 OF/3B/MIF with a 5-9 171 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Houston Christian HS. Compact athletic build, good present strength, especially in the lower half. Left handed hitter, loose and fluid swing, tall open stance, very consistent and well timed, pull to mid field line drive contact. 7.78 runner, aggressive to the ball in the outfield, left field arm strength, makes accurate throws. Bat is his carrying tool. Good student.
