Parker Jones is a 2021 RHP/OF with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Greenwood, IN who attends Greenwood Community HS. Medium frame with slender, athletic present build. Good projection remaining. Ran 60 yard dash in 8.45 seconds. Primary righthanded pitcher; longer arm stroke through the back up to high three quarters slot release. Lands with open toe and hip drift, drives off backside well, fastball worked 70-72 with some downhill plane to the plate. Showed curveball with 12/6 shape and quality depth; landed it for strikes. Sets up to hit from closed-off stance, leg lift trigger with late shift, minimal hand load, creates linear swing plane with some bat speed, showed ability to work to all fields. Worked out in the outfield; moves in on ball and shows good ability to field cleanly out front, long arm stroke full through the back, throws clocked up to 71 mph. Very good student.
