Will Brooks is a 2024 C/1B with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from Marshville, NC who attends Metrolina Christian Academy. Strong and thick catcher's build. Right handed hitter, hits from an open stance with a hanging leg lift load, gets his front foot down on time, has fast hands and a short and direct swing, explodes his strong hands well at contact, very simple and repeatable mechanics that played well in the games. 7.05 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher who has clean and compact actions behind the plate, short exchange and arm action and makes accurate throws. Polished all around player with good present strength. Excellent student.
