Jacob Hendricks is a 2021 SS/2B with a 5-7 157 lb. frame from Central, SC who attends D W Daniel. Physical athletic build. Ran a 6.92 sixty-yard dash. Showed smooth footwork going to and through the ball in the infield. Flashed clean deliberate exchanges with good range. Flashed developing arm strength from a high three-quarter arm slot with accurate carry to the bases topping out at 72 miles per hour across the infield. Right handed hitter. Utilizes a slightly open bent knee stance with a high hand and back elbow set up. Employs a gap to gap approach looking to drive the ball through the gaps in the outfield. Displayed polished lower half mechanics with a good weight transfer creating good bat speed and power. Excellent student. Named to 2019 National Underclass East Top Prospect List.
