Sebastian Keane is a 2019 RHP with a 6-3 167 lb. frame from North Andover, MA who attends North Andover HS. Long and lean build, lots of room to get stronger. Athletic celivery with some deception, hides the ball well, crossbody look on release, arm is very fast coming through, 3/4's arm slot, holds his delivery together well. Fastball topped out at 92 mph, gets good cutting action glove side at times. Slurve type breaking ball is tight and sharp and he lands it for strikes. Not classic mechanics but it doesn't look like a pleasant at-bat for hitters either. Velo up 5 mph from when last seen in 2017. Good student, verbal commitment to Northeastern.
