Kimble Schuessler is a 2020 C/3B with a 6-2 193 lb. frame from Llano, TX who attends Llano. Strong athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. 6.94 runner, very athletic behind the plate defensively, advanced footwork and plus quickness and athleticism to execute it, comes through his throws well with big arm strength, has the potential to be an elite level defensive catcher. Right handed hitter, easy and loose low tension swing, line drive swing plane that stays level with the ball a long time, high contact approach and will hit to all fields, not much lift to his swing at present but not an issue given his position and ability to square up the ball. Good student, verbal commitment to Texas A&M.
