Luke Holland is a 2022 OF/RHP with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Cornelius, NC who attends Hough. Long and lean frame with great physical projection. Ran a 6.75 second 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, worked out in the outfield with a clean approach to the ball with good footwork, fields the ball on the front foot and carries momentum through receiving, short crow hop and a quick release with a smooth arm that creates low and accurate throws. Also pitched, works a loose and controlled operation, hides the ball well in the back and shows good arm speed creating some life and occasional cut to the fastball filling up the zone and mixing in a true slider with short depth and late bite. Righthanded hitter, finds the barrel at a consistent rate, loose swing with strength and quickness in the hands that generates good carry on line drives to the pull side.
