Seth Dandridge is a 2023 OF/LHP/1B with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Overland Park, KS who attends Blue Valley Southwest. Primary left-handed outfielder with a medium frame and athletic build. Recorded a 7.17 second 60-yard dash time. Aggressive approach working through the ball with a one-hand gather to the side and carry on his throws. Quick release with accurate throws to the bases at 83 mph.
Solid defender with fundamental actions and athletic movements. Secondary left-handed pitcher with a short step forward from a middle rubber start. Slide to the third base side of the rubber to compress slab with a waist-high leg lift. Solid 2-seam fastball with arm-side run from a medium arm swing behind and 3/4 slot. Ran the fastball up to 78 mph and breaking ball in the low-60s. Commanded the zone with movement and control with his two-pitch mix. Left-handed hitter with an even base and hands set off back shoulder. Knee-to-knee trigger stride and smooth swing through the zone with a good feel for the barrel. Solid hitter with rhythm and timing in the box and barrel awareness. Pull side impact with leverage and length to his swing out front and frame to add size and strength. Excellent student. Named to the Fall Academic Showcase Top Prospect List.
