Anthony Gross is a 2021 OF/C, MIF with a 5-8 145 lb. frame from Muskego, WI who attends Catholic Memorial. Compact frame with a slender and athletic build. Ran a 6.88 second 60-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary outfielder. Quick and athletic footwork with a smooth pace to and through the baseball. Clean glove actions fielding from the side and right into exchanges. Gets the ball out quick with high end carry out of the hand topping out at 85 MPH. Righthanded hitter with an even stance. Short leg lift trigger for timing. Rotational actions into contact with barrel speed through the zone. Stays on a line drive plane generating lift out in front. Secondary righthanded pitcher with a side step delivery into leg lift to the belt. Lands in line with solid linear direction. Fluid action in the back and into a clean three-quarter release.
