Alec Aranda is a 2020 1B/3B with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Cy-Fair. Big and strong athletic build. Right handed hitter, has a smooth swing from a quiet load, simple mechanics that he repeated very well in both batting practice and the games, has the ability to drive the ball up both gaps with carry, squares the ball up consistently, uses some of his strong lower half but can get more into it for more pop, polished hitter with a good present swing. 7.55 runner, showed nice athleticism at first base with smooth actions, plenty of arm strength, has the athleticism and arm strength to play some third base as well. Good student.
