Chance Lyon is a 2019 SS/2B, OF, UT with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from Shreveport, LA who attends Loyola College Prep. Small and lean frame. Ran a 6.77 second 60 yard dash. Primary shortstop, sits back on the baseball, clean hands that play nicely especially to his backhand, quick release, good movements up the middle and solid fielding actions all around, some arm strength with plenty of carry to his target. Lefthanded hitter, wide base with a high hand set and a high back elbow to start, simple swing, extends well out in front, has a bat waggle at load for timing purposes, line drive swing plane, flashes some bat speed when turning the barrel over, barrel skills should continue to improve with more reps. Outstanding student.
