Nicholas Perez is a 2021 OF/ with a 5-4 145 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Immaculata La Salle School. Recorded a 7.68 second 60-yard dash time. Younger frame and build with room to fill out and add strength. Primary outfielder with short steps and works through the ball well. Loose arm stroke with some accuracy to the target. Arm strength is still currently developing. Lefthanded hitter with a slightly open stance, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Low effort stroke and gets downhill at times. Contact oriented approach and looks to get the barrel head out in front. Works to the pull side with some intent and flashed some strength to pull when working on a line. Good student.
