Emir Melendez is a 2022 OF/3B with a 5-8 175 lb. frame from Barranquitas, PR who attends Superior Luis Muñoz Marin. Recorded a 6.95 second 60-yard dash time. Strong build with solid strength well-proportioned throughout. Primary outfielder with a high front lever and compact arm stroke. Fields with two hands out in front and showed solid arm strength recorded up to 85 mph into the infield. Right-handed hitter with a high hand set, high back elbow, and swings hard. Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
