Eric Bello Torres is a 2021 SS/ with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Manati, PR who attends Carlos Beltran Baseball Academy. Large frame with a lean build showing a strong lower half. Ran a 7.58 second sixty yard dash. Primary Shortstop, flashing good feet underneath him as he worked smoothly around the baseball. Fielding the baseball out front and then works into transfer with a quick release. Arm strength starting to show as he threw it 79 MPH across the diamond during drills with accuracy. Right-Handed Hitter, starting from a balanced position before working into a smaller stride. Longer swing path as he generated some swing speed. Proved to have some pop when he gets extended. Looks to drive the baseball middle-away. Great Student.
