Lucas Roby is a 2024 2B/SS with a 5-6 120 lb. frame from McDonough, GA who attends Eagle's Landing Christian Academy. Slender young build with lots of growing ahead of him. 7.59 runner in the sixty. Showed good side to side athleticism in the infield on defense, has quick feet and works behind the ball well, soft and quick hands fielding the ball, developing arm strength that will keep improving with physical maturity. Right handed hitter, has a simple rock back/rock in approach with a short stride and direct hand path, very easy swing mechanics to repeat, handles the barrel well and consistently squares the ball up, hits to all fields. Very good student.
