Bryce Santalucia is a 2023 3B/1B with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Coral Springs, FL who attends Calvary Christian Academy. Recorded a 7.73 second sixty yard dash time. Large frame, long and lanky build with some strength present, body projects well moving forward. Primary third baseman with a passive approach, sits back on the ball and waits for it. Has smooth footwork and good hands with present feel for the glove. Developing quickness and limited range laterally, could show more urgency to the actions. Secondary first baseman, showed much of the same with soft hands and solid footwork. Has some stiffness to the actions but has the the skills and frame to really improve moving forward, has plenty of arm strength and fits well at a corner infield position. Right-handed hitter with an open stance and a high hand and back elbow set, utilizes a hover leg lift trigger. Moves in well, has uphill path and tends to cut himself off but has good length and lift to the swing when on time. Holds the ground well and both the body and bat speed project, intriguing offensive upside. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
