Carson Gnetz is a 2022 OF/MIF with a 5-9 170 lb. frame from Chandler, AZ who attends Chandler. Medium frame with compact, athletic build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.30 seconds. Hits from even-based stance with relaxed set, flat bat path through the zone with some lag, gets barrel turned, has strength to swing pull-side, whole-field approach, projects. Showed well in the outfield, good footwork to and through the baseball with balance and athleticism, clean hands out front, clocked up to 88 mph on throws with big carry. Very good student. Named to 2021 Sunshine Southwest Top Prospect List.
