Ryan Gleason is a 2026 RHP/1B, 3B, UT with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Shawnee, KS who attends Mill Valley. Recorded a 7.15 second sixty yard dash time. Medium frame with a stocky and thick build. Right-handed pitcher, works from a belt-high leg kick with a shorter plunge in the back and a three quarter arm action. Good backside drive lets the arm come through in line with the plate. The fastball (2053 RPM) was low 80s and topped out at 85. Threw the fastball to all four quadrants of the zone and showed some arm side run and sink and was capable of playing up in the zone and getting swing and miss. Slider (2264 RPM) with some horizontal bite and can locate in the zone. Change-up (1566 RPM) with good arm-side tumble that he could throw in the strike zone. Also worked out in the infield, moves well for the size and has an idea in the infield. Right-handed hitter, starts from an even base and square stance with high hands and a high back elbow, utilizes a lift and replace trigger. Physical swing that gets separation and connected with a slight uphill bat path. Extends through the baseball. Swings with intent and hit over power approach. Also hit well in game with a loud double down the left field line on an inside fastball. Exciting player with good upside. Good student. Named to the Central Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.
