Dalton Dillard is a 2019 LHP/ with a 6-1 154 lb. frame from Littleton, CO who attends Chatfield. Medium and young frame, lean with lots of room to fill throughout. Ran a 7.60 second 60 yard dash. Primary lefthanded pitcher who only pitched at the event. Simple and repeatable delivery, mostly online arm action up to a 3/4 arm slot, gets closed coming to balance point, front hip leaks a bit, glove side opens up a bit as he comes down the mound. Could improve sequencing of his delivery, lands with front foot pointed slightly open, could get more from his lower half as he drives off of back leg, mixed in a pair of offerings. Fastball topped out at 77 mph showing some cutting action often, slider sat in the mid- to upper-80s with 2-to-8 shape, crafty lefty who has a good idea on how to pitch.
