Liam Velit is a 2026 C/1B, 3B with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Columbus, NJ who attends Northern Burlington. Medium, square shouldered frame with present strength and additional room to fill. Ran an 8.54 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, receives the ball closer to body and gets it out quickly from glove, high energy actions, lower set and gains ground coming out of crouch, nice carry down to second base and will continue to refine overall lower half mechanics. Remains low on the approach in the infield, works behind the ball and it comes out of hand cleanly with carry, will continue to refine lower half mechanics. Right-handed hitter, begins with an even stance and utilizes a small leg lift trigger for timing. High hand set and back elbow with some wrap at start, generates some loft to swing but remains on a linear path with some compactness to swing. Works the middle of the field, low effort swing with present feel for the barrel.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
