Brogan Turpin is a 2022 RHP/1B with a 6-0 215 lb. frame from Blue Springs, MO who attends Blue Springs. Large frame with broad, physical build; ran 60 yard dash in 8.15 seconds. Primary pitcher, compact and high takeback, hides the ball well, hooks, stays inline, fastball worked 78-81 mph, simple move downhill, good life on pitch, CB with solid horizontal movement, heavy fastball, solid showing on the mound. Hits from even-based stance with high back elbow, doesn't load hands, shows strength when on time, projects well. Worked out at 1st base, late hands at times, turns well and shows balance, clocked up to 75 mph on throws. Very good student.
