Brennen Schneider is a 2020 MIF/RHP with a 6-3 150 lb. frame from Forest Hill, MD who attends Harford Technical. Tall frame with long limbs and wiry strength. Projects for additional strength. Primary middle infielder with high energy footwork while ranging for and surrounding the baseball. Displayed soft hands while funneling the baseball and worked through exchange efficiently. Released from a three-quarters arm slot creating accurate, on line carry across the infield at 75 miles per hour. Right handed hitter with an upright, open stance and large leg lift trigger. Coils hands slightly at load and worked to contact on a loose path. Employed a level, line drive barrel plane through extension while utilizing a mid field approach. Also pitched showing a side step to high leg lift delivery. Works through gather quickly and released from a three-quarters slot. Fastball generated some downward plane through the zone in the low to mid 70's, topped at 74 miles per hour. Curveball had 10/5 shape with loose spin and some downward tilt. Tends to slow arm speed slightly with breaking ball offering. Looked to work to the bottom quadrants of the zone and induce weak contact. Excellent student as well.
