Ethan Hagen is a 2019 3B/OF with a 6-4 185 lb. frame from Santa Clarita, CA who attends Bishop Alemany HS. Tall rangy athletic build with lots of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, has a gliding leg lift trigger, creates leverage in his swing and uses his lower half well to generate bat speed, has lift in his swing and can create back spin on the ball, has some jump on contact, plenty of power projection if he can get stronger. 7.05 runner, has smooth hands at third base and moves through the ball well, short and quick release on his throws, can throw on the move from a lower arm slot, clean hands at the ball. Also plays the outfield. Has present tools and has plenty of projectability. Good student.
