Elijah Dyke is a 2022 C/RHP, IF, OF with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Canton, TX who attends Canton. Ran a 7.50 60 yard dash. Solid arm strength that plays well all over the field with an athletic frame. Throws carry well in the outfield with a quick release and solid accuracy. He was clocked at 85 MPH from the outfield. Solid reactions in the infield with a good feel to make the backhand play. Behind the plate, posted a 2.02 pop time with some good catch and throw ability. Big load at the plate where the hands drift into a hitch and has some natural loft in the barrel. Shows some juice to all fields and his highest exit velocity was 83 MPH. Slightly more hit tool oriented than power tool. Great student in the classroom. Was up to 84 on the mound and arms works well and projects to throw harder.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
