Ethan Bella is a 2022 OF/RHP with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Vero Beach, FL who attends Vero Beach. Strong athletic build. Right handed hitter, hits from an open stance, keeps his hands very tight to his body during his swing, rotates his hips well into his swing, mostly opposite field contact, really needs more extension and drive from his hands and arms through the ball to take advantage of his natural strength. 7.70 runner in the sixty, long and loose arm action with developing strength and carry from the outfield. Also took a turn on the mound, compact delivery and arm action, short leg lift start, does a good job of repeating his mechanics and arm slot on all his pitches. Fastball topped out at 74 mph, had some feel for his change up, soft curveball, threw strikes with all his pitches and had an effective outing.
